Can I Quiche you?

This is one of my most successful bakes in my many years of pottering around the kitchen. The many times I baked it, it has turned out wonderful each and every time. What is this?

QUICHE LORRAINE!

For the uninformed, a quiche is a baked dish that is made primarily of eggs and milk or cream in a pastry crust. Other ingredients such as cooked chopped meat, vegetables or cheese can also be added into the mixture. In essence, it is a savoury pie dish. The Quiche Lorraine is one of the more popular types of quiches that contains bacon.

For my quiche, I have omitted the bacon because I think I could do without its fat content My quiche has eggs, cream, ham, onions, mushrooms and loads of oooey gooey cheese!
