Each a cupcake
No fighting, everyone gets one :p No need to choose, your name's printed on the cupcake :) The reds are for the girls and the blues are for the boys.
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
Since it doesn't snow in Singapore, I've made snowflakes so each and everyone in my department gets to take home a bit of snow this Christmas :)
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

Christmas Bake Sale 2009
Our annual Christmas Bake Sale is here! This time round it will be a mini bake sale and very limited quantities are available as my baking schedule is filling up very fast for the festive period. So do place your orders early to avoid disappointment, while stocks last (and before I fall face-down in flour from baking exhaustion hahaha) :) I regret I might not be able to take all orders if my schedule is full. Please email or sms for more details. Chow!

12 little Christmas trees sitting in a box....
What better way to celebrate Christmas than with cake? Something sweet to end off a meal always puts a smile on your face, no?
A colleague of mine was going to attend a Christmas party and she decided it would be a nice change to bring some Christmas cupcakes instead of the usual Christmas log cake. So there, 12 little Christmas trees bound for a Christmas party, with another box on the way to another Christmas party the next week :pThis is another box of Christmas tree cupcakes, but this time round, they come in Christmas colours of red and green. The lady who ordered wanted more colour to the box of cupcakes instead of just green, so we settled on the Christmas colours of red and green. Festive!

Cookie madness!
I don't think I have ever baked so many cookies before. Seriously.
These Cookie pops were to be given as Christmas gifts to colleagues and child care teachers.

These Cookie pops were to be given as Christmas gifts to colleagues and child care teachers.

Almost 12 straight hours of baking and another 9 hours of wrapping, packing and ribbon-tying over two days for almost 200 Cookie pops! I was so worried I could not finish these two orders which i had to deliver on the same day.

Thankfully, I pulled it off, with help from hubby (who doesn't know how to bake, but he does know how to peel and stick stickers and pack the cookies hahaha.... and oh, not forgetting he's also the delivery man keke). Boy, was I relieved when I delivered the huge boxes of cookies to my friend and her friend...Whew! (wipe sweat off my forehead) :p

Jarfuls of Delight!

With Christmas approaching at lightning speed, what better way to spread the Christmas cheer than to give gifts that fill the tummy and put a smile on your face?
A friend of mine ordered jars and jars of various Christmas cookies to give out to friends and family (well..he did keep some of them for himself :p I would too! hahaha).
There started my baking frenzy as I baked tray after tray after tray for hours on end, to fill up those jars. Was so worried my oven wouldn't stand up to the marathon baking sessions but thankfully, my trusty oven didn't let me down!Well, if I should say so myself....aren't these jars of cookies pretty! hee hee....
PS. if you can't already tell....i was totally enjoying filling them jars up!
