It's Mother's Day so how can I not make anything for my own mother? I decided on a Chocolate Ganache cake, which I will be a safe pick - the kids will definitely eat it, my mum will eat it, and of course, I love chocolate, so it's an excuse for me to eat it too :p Yum!!
Happy Mother's Day to all mothers out there! It's a day for appreciation and a day for celebrations. We wouldn't be where we are without mothers. So stop and take a moment today to tell your mum how much you appreciate her.
9 May is Mother's Day and being a mother myself, I know how much work it is trying to be a good mother, not to mention the huge responsibility a mother has for her children that rests greatly on her shoulders for a lifetime. Have you got anything for your dear Mummy yet? Sometimes, just a small gesture speaks volumes :)
